Great Stay and Location
The house was in a great location where we could travel to San Francisco or other destinations with ease. Kwan was great to communicate with and if there was anything we needed he was available. The house is a lot larger than the pictures was perfect for our family. I would definitely book this house again.

I give this property 4 stars because of Kwan’s quick responsiveness before and during our stay. We were traveling with a 22 month old and inquired about the rental having a high chair and pack n play. Kwan said there was not one at the house, but he would make sure there was one their for our stay. It was waiting for us when we arrived. The house is spacious. Good for families. It does need some TLC though. We brought some minor issues up to Kwan so hopefully those will be addressed for the next renter

Quick visit to San Francisco
Perfect home for our families long weekend trip to the Bay Area. Perfect location, quick drive to anything you would like to see or do. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A good size but not very welcoming atmosphere
The property is very clean, big and roomy especially for San Francisco. We were able to spread out during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the Wi-Fi was very good which was a great plus. Kwan was very communicative from the day we booked the property until the day we checked out. The reasons I give this place a 3 star and would not definitely consider it in the future or recommend it to friends are 1. It’s definitely not a welcoming place. There were keep out warning signs posted all over the house. Most of the closet space were locked with warning signs not to open it. There was a room on the main floor that was locked with a sign to stay out which scared our kids wondering if there was someone behind the door. Access to the Garage was also locked so no clue what was going on in there which makes the entire experience very creepy and forced the entire family to sleep in one room!!. The introduction and “welcome message” posted on the fridge was so rude and threatening it made us feel very unwelcome for a paying customers 2. It felt like we were under constant surveillance with the cameras all over the property including by the kitchen window which had shades, hence the camera had a very clear view into the kitchen and dining room area .The other suspicious thing- we received a text message the first morning from Kwan at 8:00am saying someone complained to the HOA because our car we parked in the drive way the night before at 11pm was blocking the sidewalks by 6 inches..🤔. We own multiple properties ourselves and are very familiar with HOA’s unless they are open 24/7 there was no way they will process and respond to the complaints that quickly. The better explanations would have been the camera by the garage door was being monitored which says without saying the other cameras are being monitored as well. In any case, as a result of it we definitely didn’t not enjoy our visit to San Francisco as much as we would have liked..may be next time we will just stay at hotel.

Great stay for the whole family
Kwan's house nicely accommodated our family (with a small child) plus several extended family members. It was clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. My parents had stayed there previously and liked it so much that they requested to stay there again this time. Kwan was very responsive when we asked for additional hand and dish soap. Large back patio for kids to run around. Plenty of seating. It was a great location to experience what the Bay Area has to offer - we drove to San Francisco, visited the Pacifica beach, and visited friends/family in the area. Walkable to the Serramonte mall. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay near San Francisco center
We stayed for 5 days in Kwan's house. The pictures don't do it justice and we found everything very clean and spacious. Our family of 6 had no problems having enough room to spread out and not be too cramped. The home is very close to the airport, something that was important to us since we arrived late in the day from Switzerland. Exploring downtown San Francisco was also very easy from Kwan's house. Grocery stores and shopping are all less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this home and stay there myself again if we ever come back to the area!

Family Friendly Home
My family of 5 loved staying at this property! It’s a great size and layout for a family with kids (ours range from 3-13 years old). They each had their own room, which was awesome! Communication with the owner was always fast and friendly. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, and kitchen items. Very clean and ready for us to arrive. The location was perfect for us! About 15 minutes from SFO Airport and 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco. Easy drive into the city for sight-seeing. We also appreciated that the house is just a couple blocks from shopping and restaurants, like Target, BevMo, Chipotle, and lots more!

Felt like home 🥰
Absolutely loved this place. My family felt like they were home. Loved how clean the home was and the expectation that we keep it clean as well. Cute little fruit trees in the backyard too! Only wish was that there were more coffee, since there was only enough to make 2-3 coffee outs and we were there longer. Past that it exceeded my expectations overall. Highly recommended and would love to come back!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion
This was the perfect location for our family flying in from TX and AR to visit with my son and his family living in San Francisco. This home is minutes from the San Francisco airport, the beach, and downtown SF. The house itself is well furnished, comfortable and spacious. Shopping for food and eating out were both in this neighborhood.

Great Service and Location
The location was close to SF but in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the grocery, freeway, and airport. The home was stocked with the paper products we needed and fresh towels. Our guest contact, Kwan Dong, made sure we had what we needed and responded very quickly to my texts. He even helped out with getting us some items left behind by one of the kids. Excellent service! This is a good option for large families.

Great home base for us to explore California
We stayed here for about a week and the house was a great place for us to come back to after a long day of exploring. It is located very close to grocery and shopping. A nice bonus was its proximity to Avalon Canyon! The home had everything we needed to make our family's stay comfortable. Kwan, our host, was also very responsive via text. Great 4B3B home for family use.
My Brother-in-law turned 60, and we and our spouses went to meet his adult children, who live in the Sacto. They were able to come down, we all were able to have a fantastic dinner in the City, and were able to spend a lot of time together in a very clean & comfortable home. We would have gotten 4 hotel rooms in the City, but I talked my BIL into a home-like setting, and it worked well for us. Thanks Kwan!

Great place for a big family!
We celebrated Christmas for our first time in San Fran! Daly City was just 20-25 minutes from downtown but it was nice to be off the main hub as we had more peace and quiet. Bart is easily accessible for those without a car, Uber eats delivers (just don’t try on Christmas) plenty of wonderful stores and restaurants at a walking distance. House was great. Property owner was very good at communication. Only downfall was no lower level bedroom as we had one with a broken knee on crutches but we dealt easily. 4 bedrooms and two baths upstairs and one bath downstairs. Easily accommodated 8 plus a child on the couch :-)

Great space, easy location to access the city & fabulous owner
Property was exactly as described online. Owner allowed us an early check-in off a flight and a late check-out due to a red eye outbound flight. Property was airy and open. Kitchen was well-equipped. Washer and dryer worked well, as did dishwasher. Trash was easily removed and driveway accommodate two vehicles easily. Would highly recommend using Daly City when visiting San Francisco for ease of parking, access to Target, and other shops nearby. Great value for money.
