Choose another hotel !
The hotel is not worth the price. Old and basic room for this price. We were very disappointed with the breakfast and the deplorable service. For a high price, we must choose a single dish and a single drink (tea, coffee or orange juice. For a Latte or Cappuccino, it’s 4$). We waited more than 40 minutes for our egg and bacon sandwich. And when we point it out to the person in charge of the breakfast, she shouts at us saying that they have only one cook working at the moment. They had reversed our order with that of other guests, so we were served last without any excuses from them.

Très bon hôtel avec piscine proche de l'aéroport
Un excellent hôtel près de l'aéroport. Nous avons séjourné ici en couple deux nuits avant de partir à l'aéroport par la navette gratuite mise à disposition par l'hôtel. L'hôtel propose un accès internet en Wifi gratuit, ainsi qu'une piscine et jacuzzi ouverts jusqu'à 23h et couverts. Vraiment appréciable pour se détendre avant de prendre l'avion... Les autres prestations (petit déjeuner notamment) sont payantes. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, pas testé. Appréciable car peu de restaurants sont à proximité. C'est sans doute le point négatif de cet hôtel, sa situation, un peu loin des commerces et lieux de restauration (mais on trouve quand même quelques restos ; japonais, mexicains... à 10 min à pied environ).

This my first time staying a courtyard Marriott in San Bruno , I have live in San Bruno for 40 years. I have known this place for years and I’m shock how great a the facility they have, it’s quite, once inside the facilities. Staff ver pleasant and the rooms are average to greatness, amenities in the room very adequate upon your needs and request such disposal utensil if needed. Great lobby to hang out or in their courtyard right in the center of the facility.

I was very disappointed with my stay. First, it took 55 minutes for Expedia to communicate with the hotel’s system allowing us to get access to a room. It was late at night and I had two small children. The shower didn’t drain so we couldn’t shower, the coffee maker was broken, there were signs of bedbugs, and the cleaning staff opened the door at 8:00 am, waking us up.

The staff are very nice. However we reserved a shuttle from the hotel to the airport but it didn't show up so the lady at the front desk apologized and said she would call an Uber and the hotel would pay for it since they failed with the shuttle service. When I checked my bank account a couple of days later it shows they charged me for the Uber. Free shuttle was my main factor for choosing this hotel so for them to charge me for transportation is unfair and dishonest. The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean. Yes, you can hear airplanes due to location but it wasn't too loud. My only complaint about the room is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. They are very bouncy so you can feel every movement. Also I could feel the bed springs through the mattress.

The hotel property is conveniently located near SFO and has 24 hr shuttle service making it ideal for stopover travel. The hotel has a chiq little bistro and nice courtyard. I downgraded the rating however based on the location of the hotel in the flight path of noisy planes and the insulation isn't that great between walls making it noisy.

Very nice and confortable. Very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. And just to put it out there there is no swimming pool. I say this because in the amenities it says there is a pool. I think you should update the amenities.

Nice hotel, uneven service
Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Service for breakfast was less than optimal. I was the only person at the counter, yet, the staff person helping me was barking about what I could and could not order as part of the pre-paid plan. Unnecessarily rushing the process along. At checkout, the front desk was unattended.
