ECO Studio Close To Subway STR4734

This is your ECO stay. The house is 100pct electric. No gas! We use all Whole Food cleaning products that are 100pct scent free. We are switching to toilet paper made from bamboo. Very quiet and very safe. We live above but we are very quiet and usually in bed by 8pm.

You can access the unit with the lockbox code. You don't need to interact with us unless you would like to. You'll have access to the unit as well as the on-site laundry.

Forest Hill is a lovely neighborhood of homes built in the 1925's. It is in the middle of SF and just West of Twin Peaks. It is mainly owner-occupied, an upper-middle-class area that is safe and secure with lots of street parking. As in its name, lots of trees!

The MUNI subway stop is 3 blocks away and will take you to the center of town in 15 minutes. Very easy.

Perfect place to explore San Francisco

We were able to explore San Francisco, visit the Napa Valley, discover Alcatraz and spend some time at the Beach, all from this cozy little condo. We loved the place as well as the neighborhood. Easy to park in the streets.

Petit studio en sous sol. Agréable, situé à 10 minutes à pied du métro. Nécessiterait un rafraîchissement des murs et remplacement de la moquette qui est très sale et nettoyage sol poussiéreux. Sanitaires propres. Petite cuisine pratique.

Les + : -Bon point de chute sur San Francisco -Petit F1 mignon, propre, bien équipé et agréable situé en demi-sous-sol avec petites fenêtres donnant sur le rez de jardin. Le quartier est paisible. - à moins 10 mn à pied du métro Forest Hill. -Bonne literie. -Propriétaires très discrets malgré leur habitation juste au dessus. Les - : Le coin repas composé d'une console et de 2 tabourets est petit. - aurions souhaité un emplacement un peu plus près du centre ville.

Had a great stay here. Close to a variety of attractions in San Francisco and close to grocery store and public transportation. As other's have said there is a child in the house above but that didn't really bother us.

I was recovering from surgery during my stay, so we spent most our time in the house. It was cozy! The thermostat system was nice, and the bed was EXTREMELY comfy. The TV has good access to streaming services. I liked the removable shower head. The hosts were also nice and accommodating, the dryer was broken during our stay and they brought us a rack to dry our clothes in. Also provided us extra toilet paper and towels without us asking. It was also pretty peaceful for the most part, but if you try to sleep in (past 8 AM or so) some days we were woken up by loud children, as the rest of the house is lived in (which, sharing a house is more ethical for the community). If you're out for most of the day during your stay though, the noise shouldn't be an issue.

We my sister and I stayed here to be close to the hospital for my mom's surgery. It was small but fit our needs. Mike is very kind, responsive to our questions before our stay. Expectations and advice for being in the city were in our messages and in a binder which helped so much. We were worried with our late arrival that we would be to loud. Which was the other way around, we could hear noises above us at times yet he says he couldn't hear us. Our stay was simple and nit stressful. Thank you

L unico difetto è il Wi-Fi che arriva solo nella zona salone (molto lento) mentre non arriva in alcun modo nella zona letto. Per chi lavora su internet è un difetto da tenere a mente. Per il resto la consiglio.

I did a weekend stay and I would absolutely stay here again!! This is a perfect place if you don't to feel like a tourist. It was lovely to return to a studio after a full day exploring as opposed to a hotel room. Very, very clean studio in a very quiet neighborhood--I felt comfortable walking around. Muni and buses were a short walk away. A market and a CVS is about a 10 min walk. Normal family noise, but it was just that (no loud music or TV). I don't remember seeing photos of a small sitting room/kitchenette and small table, when I made the reservation months ago so I was thrilled when i walked in! Not appropriate for wheelchairs. Some level changes inside (if you're mobility challenged). I chose not to drive in even though the option was there and I don't regret it, but I was also specifically exploring SF.

This was a very nice little spot for the price. While it was a studio, it was more spacious than I anticipated and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had from a Bnb. Overall it was a great experience!

Great location and felt safe to leave my car in the street. The bed was comfortable and space was adequate as we were only there 1 night. As another person stated, the owners have a small child, who must love throwing a ball when they wake up. There is no sleeping in lol. Thankfully, we wanted to get up early anyways but if you are not an early morning person, this might not be the place to stay for you.

Es war super laut in der Wohnung, da die ganze Zeit in der Wohnung über uns rumgerannt wurde. Zudem hat sich der Host beschwert dass wir gekocht haben und dadurch Gerüche im Haus entstanden sind. Ich weiß nicht was er erwartet, wenn eine Küche vorhanden ist. Zudem waren an allen Fenstern Schimmeln. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen..

Small, clean and good location. Could use a few more amenities like soap, coffee maker with pods, paper towel etc. Shower is not made for taller individuals. You can hear the tenants upstairs and very thin walls. Overall nice place though.

Cozy Little Place, Fantastic Communication

My partner and I came from Fresno. We were vendors at the SF Pride Celebration this year and needed a nice little spot that was somewhat close to the venue with free accessible parking. This was perfect! Unfortunately a few weeks leading up to our stay, my partner suffered an injury and we thought we would have to cancel, but the owner was beyond kind enough to allow special accommodations in order for us to be able to keep our reservation. We were so beyond appreciative! Great communication, the property itself was exactly what we were looking for, and it was very comfortable. We would totally recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future! :)

Great Value, Great Location, Take note of a couple things...

Great value! Location was great for a muni station, neighborhood is residential and quiet. Would I stay here again? Maybe... listing says lots of parking which is true, but you have to move your car once during the day or risk a ticket (did not say in listing) so that changed our plans of leaving the rental car there all day. No coffee was provided but there's a coffee maker... bring your own coffee grounds I guess but didn't know this in advance. Biggest issue we had was with the toddler upstairs running around at 7am... right above the bedroom we were sleeping. When going on vacation, you want to sleep in but we couldn't, and waking up early with no coffee made me grumpy.

Super Location

Als erfahrene Reisende kann ich die Unterkunft als eine gute Übernachtungsgelegenheit mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis bezeichnen. Saubere Unterkunft, bequemes Bett, Fernseher, funktionierende Küche, A/C. Mit Bahn ist man schnell in der Innenstadt von SF.
