"Nice hotel that gave a great old San Francisco experience. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel was pretty quiet. Rooms were big and comfortable. Sheets were scratchy and one of the hotel rooms was pretty warm. Would stay here again."

"The only issue is you need $200 extra for them to hold onto while you stay on their property. Other than that is was a really great place to stay and cheap. They said they started to implement a $20 amenities fee but I feel like they should add that to the full price of the stay. "

"My family and LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was very clean, fun, and there is so much to do in the hotel itself including workout at the best hotel gym’s I have ever seen, shop at the mini market, dine at the amazing restaurant, or relax in one of the many chairs/sofa’s/ tables scattered throughout the resort. It is also located within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We will return for another visit prior to the end of the year and will stay at this resort once again. "
