Service exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and excellent King bed. Even though the Expedia booking said "balcony," they put us in a inner courtyard room that was much quieter than the balcony rooms facing the street. The 50" Samsung flat screen TV had free Netflix, and the room had a Nespresso machine (extra capsules were provided upon request). I would only point out one caveat for the property management: the water pressure was not very strong in the beautiful shower. It was adequate for bathing but some folks might find it lacking. Overall, this was an excellent place for our first visit to Panama City. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant (La Enemiga), but our preference was to walk a few blocks to the Mercado San Felipe Neri, where the local residents eat (huge platters of delicious food for $3 USD!). The location is outstanding for exploring the Casco Viejo (Casco Antigua) area."
