This amazing waterfront estate has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and views of the Sea of Cortez and the distant mountain ranges that can’t be found anywhere else. With the modern comforts of home, mixed with the conveniences of a high-end vacation spot, your family will have everything they need for a fun filled vacation in San Felipe. This particular unit is located on the top floor of a gorgeous condominium building. This condo is steps from the beach, and the views of the white sandy beaches and the crystal-clear waters from the home are amazing. Outside, there is a two-car garage that is shared by other guests in the building. There is also plenty of additional parking on the street out front. This community is located close to amazing local restaurants, plenty of shopping centers, great fishing spots, and of course the beach. Whether you need to make a quick run for some groceries or want to buy souvenirs for friends and family back home, you’re never far away from a local store that provides all of your needs. When you are planning a family beach day, it is easy to pack up and head down to the gorgeous Sea of Cortez that is just steps from your front door. Our rental offices are just North of town, so if you need directions, recommendation for a great place to eat, or have questions about the home, we are nearby and ready to help you. The first thing you'll notice when you walk in the door is the spacious living room. You may think you are looking at a painting of the ocean, but really it is a large window with an amazing view! The blue sky melts into the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez, and mountain ranges can be seen in the background. It is an unbelievable view that makes a great backdrop for family vacation photos. The living room has two comfortable sofas in front of a large screen TV. A comfortable breakfast nook is located right off of the living room. A large, glass, round table has enough seating for four. It is a great place to have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. The breakfast nook then effortlessly flows into a fully furnished kitchen. It has everything the modern family needs to prepare meals for the whole family at home. The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and two large sinks for easy cleanup. There is also an elevated table in the kitchen with enough seating for eight. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the cookware, and utensils your hungry family will need. Some families prefer to eat at the kitchen table, others like to spread out between the breakfast nook in the living room, and others like take their food outdoors for a family meal on the balcony. There is also a charcoal barbecue for you to use, so you can change things up a bit and do a barbecue dinner out on the balcony one night while you’re here. After eating, shopping, dancing, fishing, and relaxing all day, you'll be thankful for a spacious and clean place to come home and sleep. This three-bedroom home sleeps 12 people comfortably. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, and has a gorgeous dresser and vanity set with plenty of storage. The second bedroom has two queen beds, multiple dressers for you to store your personal things, and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity area. A second family bathroom is located right in between the second and third bedroom and also has a walk-in shower. Be prepared to run straight to the third bedroom and claim it as your own! The third bedroom also has two queen beds, but the view from this bedroom makes it one of the most popular places in the home. You’ll never want to get out of bed with a view like this! The private balcony spans the entire rear of the unit, and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and catch views of the fishermen heading out to sea. You will have a lot of fond memories of your San Felipe vacation to tell friends and family back home. Whether you choose to start or end your day here, it is a quiet and relaxing place that you are sure to love. However, we were missing a number of standard things that made it not as enjoyable. For instance, there were no towels provided, which we knew about ahead of time but it made packing a little more difficult. The kitchen was probably the area that needed the most help. There were standard items either missing or not in good order. The coffee maker worked but was broken and needed to be carefully put back together each time we used it. There was a bbq but no gas. So at 3 we had to drive back to their office to check in, frustrating to know we drove for 40 mins only to find out all they do is give you a code. Would of been nice to get an email with the code at check in time instead of having to drive back and forth.This place was great though, very clean and a/c was on when we came in which was great. Kitchen had everything you could need. One issue we had was how low the pilot on the stove was, took forever to cook anything but we grilled most of the time anyways. Another issue we had is that the phone # provided to us didn't work so we had to do our own research online to find it. But once we called them they always responded immediately to our concerns, great customer service. Lastly it sucked that we had this awesome car garage but couldn't use it cause some other cars were blocking the entrance to it. When asked about the parking they said to just park on the street. Regardless of those small issues I would definitely stay here again, we were very comfortable there. House was always so fresh, we were close to the beach and always beautiful view. They had the AC running when we got in, we appreciated to walk in into a cool temperature house. The rooms are very spacious and the view to the beach is amazing. The beach is just pretty much down stairs. The kitchen was fully equipped. Both of the showers had hot water. We would definitely consider staying at this place again. The only down side was that the light for one of our rooms was not working and the wifi was a little too slow for the TV. Other than that, my family and I had an amazing time. ##### Noemi B. We had a little set-backs. WiFi was a slow, I'm thinking it's because they have the same WiFi for all 3 condos and too many connections slows down the internet. We ran out of gas but called the office and maintenance came right away to fix. We will definitely be staying here again. We did have a little problem with the parking and the other residents and we addressed the issue with the property team when we turned in our keys. Jul 21, 2017 #### Place was comfy, sunrise deck view was stunningly beautiful. I'd stay here again. I would give this a 4.5 Star rating if I had the chance. The place was clean, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. What made me a little upset at first is that I thought it was a 3 floor condo because of the pictures I saw. It's not, it is one floor. But it's spacious with a nice deck view of the beach. Sunrise was beautiful on the deck. The house is split up in three floors and we had the top floor. A.C. was great, not central A.C. but after a long day at the beach, I slept underneath the sheets. So yes, I had awesome good sleep. As far as being loud, I had music playing and the neighbors seemed to be renters like myself. So I didn't have a problem with them being too loud or our party being too loud. The place has stair access to the beach which was good. If you bring jet skis, its about a 5 minute drive and you can dock them in front of the house which was convenient. So bring some anchors. The one thing I disliked was that maintenance had to be done, i.e. door lock had to be replaced but I was ok with that. Not the owners fault. Overall, the place was clean & comfy, the beds were ok and A.C. worked flawlessly. Washer, dryer and stove worked.These are the things I cared about. I would stay here again simply because your 12 minutes away from the Malecon (rockodile/main street). The people here were very friendly, this condo was in a safe place, next to other nice condos and best of all, the pineapple guy comes around to serve you piña coladas or coconuts with Rum. I hope this gives you a good feeling of the place. ##### Oscar P. We don't spend vacation dollars readily - they're too hard to come by. If this house was everything it appeared to be, we were going to be super happy. FAST FORWARD: "happy" doesn't begin to describe... try: enraptured, elated, euphoric, rapturous, overjoyed; on cloud nine, in seventh heaven, delighted,thrilled, exultant; over the moon, on top of the world, blissed out... for starters.
