Quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the ocean. Great walking trails. Lots of surfers on the ocean in the morning. House was very well furnished and equipped for a larger group with good size bedrooms. Kitchen is well furnished for cooking, with all of the necessary cooking and eating utensils. Used the grill the first night for cooking steaks, worked great.
