We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online. Please note, the spa is serviced weekly.

Outstanding family Christmas vacation at Sweet Escape. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The home was clean, well-equipped and family friendly. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would rent this property again.

Absolutely Embarrassing

I rented this house for my in laws the week of my wedding. There were 6 adults and 1 toddler. On the 2nd day of their trip, the house has some major plumbing back up. Both toilets were backing up and overflowing. Both showers were overflowing with water. My in laws were literally picking fecal matter off the floor. Management literally did NOTHING!!! They sent some bs automated message asking how they could help. When I demanded they send a plumber….no response. When I asked for a hotel for my guests….no response. When I asked for a refund…no response. 7 people were left without a functioning bathroom for over 24hrs and no one cared. Basically don’t rent this house! I’m now fighting with my credit card to get a refund. It’s funny how they are so eager to offer upgrades at a ridiculous cost but will not take responsibility when something like this happens. Disgusting.

Quiet, Clean Home to Relax Just Outside of San Diego

We had an excellent stay at this property as we were in town on business in downtown San Diego. The price of hotels was off the charts so we looked for a home to accommodate our crew of 3. The house was clean and just as it states online. The open kitchen and living room area was a perfect place to hang out after a long day. This space accommodates 8 people easily. The outdoor area with massive grill and hot tub can be a nice place to relax if the weather is right. While I didn't contact the owner/company often, when I did they had an answer for me quickly which is always appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Nice house in a clean & quiet neighborhood. The grill is very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool table. The back patio couch has a center broken leg and sits on bricks. The back screen door was broken on the bottom half. The master bed had a broken lamp on a nightstand that someone tried taping together. Texting with the Cardio company proved difficult at times as the customer service is in the Philippines. The 3-person visiting at a time rule seems too restrictive and makes you feel watched from the driveway camera. All the lighting is super bright 'Daytime' led bulbs. I bought softer white bulbs for the living room. There were no extra kitchen trash bags that I inquired about but never heard back about and finally ended up buying myself. We had to buy clothes washing machine soap. The kitchen is very basically stocked and seems to be missing a mid-size pot. You have the choice between a very small or extra-large pot only. Front and back grass lawns are brown and dying so it doesn't look good. All in all, though nice, upgraded home with upgraded kitchen and baths.

Need to bring personal items and cleaning supplies

The property was clean and the spa and pool table were a big hit. There weren't any games or other things to do. There wasn't any cooking items like oil or spices or foil or ziplock bags and no cleaning supplies. Only one dishrag and towel were supplied etc. We were given a hotel sized sample of shampoo and body wash for each room for a 5 night stay so you will definitely need to bring your own personal items. The place was clean and the property manager was easy to work with. Just wasn't expecting the lack of items for the stay.

Family Reunion

We booked this to have a nice place for out of town visitors to stay while joining us for a family reunion. This home is convenient and centrally located. My family members enjoyed staying here.
