Impressed with the decorating, furnishings & amenities - clean, fresh & well appointed. Very nice- & I've stayed in a quite a few ocean front in PB/mission beach. Aaron/mgmt- A++ for communication, helpfulness, friendliness. 1\. OCEAN FRONT: yep. Perfect, easy walk to coffee/food. 2\. OUTDOOR SPACE: minor minus- view windows don't open, no screen door. The front door/window is very close to the boardwalk so maybe that's why. There is outdoor seating out the front door and to the left. Really a VERY small negative but in case anyone cares- would not stop me from staying again. Only mattered to me as I was going in/out a lot while making calls/working. Beach amenities looked new & plentiful. 3\. PARKING: yep. We have a 4Runner- not huge, def not tiny. It fit in the garage to the side of the washer/dryer easily but with little room to spare lengthwise (which was explained in the description). However, we had plenty of room to get in/out of the car and get into/out of the garage 4\. Good wifi (I work remotely in health care)- yep. It worked, reliably and fast, even outside. No issues at all. 5\. Clean- very clean and well kept, including bathroom, Wonderful overall- no complaints and felt happy and relaxed there. Aaron provided everything we needed for cooking and having fun. The beds were very comfortable. We walked and played in the ocean right out the front door every day! Walking distance to good food, groceries, etc. Good neighborhood. The grandchildren had a blast! Wish we could have stayed longer. ##### mary w.
