We really enjoyed the roof top deck and the lower deck area with the spa/pool combo! Finally, Alessandro was our POC and he was amazing! He met me there at checkin to show me how to work everything. He was easy to communicate with via text and responded quickly and even during non business hours. When we had a small issue with the home (a slow draining bathroom sink), Alessandro had a repair man there to fix it within a couple hours.
