Brand new construction with 4 independent condos and no space is shared. Upstairs stairs condo is also a vacation rental. Enjoy this modern and stylish abode which promises a memorable vacation experience, blending comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views of the Bayside & the ocean. Walking distance to the famous Mission Beach, Bay side, Belmont Park & restaurants. Guests have private entrance to this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with 4 beds - on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for culinary adventures. Covered tandem parking for 2 medium sized vehicles. ATTENTION: we have 2 cameras on the east side of condo which are not functional right now, were used during construction. Very comfortable accommodations with nice, modern finishes. We loved the hot tub, warmed and ready to enjoy! You can enjoy the 360 views from the rooftop deck. We really appreciated the outside area and spent a lot of time there. The close location to Bay and Beach is great! The only reason I didn’t give five stars on location is it is a bit loud, being close to two busy streets and the roller coaster.
