This single-story modern-day beach cottage has been renovated from top to bottom and offers a laid-back beach vibe with all the modern amenities. Enjoy some peace and quiet in this open concept layout featuring new kitchen cabinets, quartz counters, eat-at-bar, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cafe-style dinette for dining in! The living room has hardwood floors and a breezy vibe with eye-pleasing color pops and a large, comfy sectional sofa. There are three bedrooms with airy beach/nautical decor and the master bedroom even has a comfy king-sized bed. The bathroom, like the kitchen, has been remodeled in crisp, clean black and white checkerboard flooring with subway tile backsplash and has a full tub and ceramic pedestal sink. Although we know most of your time will be spent outside at the beach when it is time to dust of that sand & relax, this place cannot be beaten. The over-sized fence patio is where you will continue your outdoor fun, grilling, and playing games or watching the sunset over the ocean. The beach itself is visible from the patio fenceline, with a short pathway between two beach houses to lead you to sand and surf. Being steps away from the famous boardwalk of Mission Beach can be amusing enough, but don't forget you can always just walk over to Mission Bay to enjoy the calm as well as an abundance of water activities. If the beach or bay is not enough, then lucky you because this bungalow is centrally located. Upstairs enjoy three bedrooms which include an oversized room with two queen beds, a room with one full and single bunk combo, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and private patio on the bay. Each bedroom provides ample closet space for your stay. In addition, there are two remodeled full bathrooms with huge stand-up showers upstairs and a half-bath below. The house is newly renovated, and very well maintained inside and out. Close to the beach, restaurants. There's water main replacement work going on in the street adjacent to the house, so you may be affected by construction noise and traffic. ##### Steven H. Séjour de 5 nuits en septembre 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Justin B. 8 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Good stay, mostly The location of the property is excellent, with its close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and Belmont Park; but I will not stay at this property again or one ran by this property management company. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. If you need to get any computer work done while staying here, plan to use a hotspot as the wifi is poor. Right before our stay I received an email from the property management company letting us know air conditioning has been installed, but instead of just letting us know of this new amenity, they stated we should tell them how many days we use it as they will charge us an extra $25/day for its use. We didn't use the AC, but I found this ridiculous. If you book and are picking up supplies, you only get 3 rolls of toilet paper, even if you are a family of 5 staying for a week, so plan accordingly. ##### Justin B. The location is excellent, close (very walkable) to the excitement of Belmont Park and Mission Beach shops/ restaurants, while at the same time having quiet nights. My tweens were in heaven. We enjoyed our meals in the courtyard with a beach view and plenty of space. The private parking spot and laundry are much appreciated, added amenities! ##### Sarah R. They only left 3 rolls of TP for 6 people for 5 nights. We had to run to a store. There weren't any cookie sheets to bake food on. The BBQ needs to be thrown out, it is unusable. IT would be so much easier for entry if there was a code on the door. We didn't want to take the key to the beach. Lastly , the TV didn't work. One issue that can't be helped is that the planes from the airport start taking off at 6:30 exactly every morning. You may need ear plugs or you can just get up and go for a walk. Other than that we loved it. No shoes needed to get to the beach, it literally is that close. Neighbors were great. Sara's taco shop was the best! Close enough to the shops and Belmont and far enough away to miss the crowds. ##### michelle s. They layout of the house was functional and convenient (eg: wash sand off with the hose before entering the bathroom to change to avoid getting sand all over the house.) washer and dryer was a must have for us and was easy to use. Close to lots of food, take out, and activities. Mission Beach can get a bit loud on the weekends with parties and such, so if you’re wanting absolute quiet, might not be a great choice, but the house and renting experience was great for us! ##### Jenna B.
