We loved that each family had their own bathroom and rooms (one family stayed in the master bedroom which worked for their 2 littles). And the hot tub was magic for the parents to have a late night hang out when the kids went down. The property was clean and provided plenty of towels which we appreciated with the beach and hot tub experience.
