### Spacious North Park Renovated 8Br 6Ba

This newly renovated home as of 2022 has been completely transformed. Standing at just under 2400 sq feet with 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this property is truly unique and one of a kind. You walk into the home and you have a bedroom to your left with en suite and the kitchen to the right with for bar stools. Straight ahead you will find the only living room and dining table with seating for 6. Walking through the living room you will find a long hallway with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so a bigger group can guarantee that they can sleep comfortably. The biggest perk to this home other than being completely renovated, is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room can be a little cozy for a bigger group but serves as a meeting place for family and friends when venturing out of your individual suite.  
  
This house includes brand new kitchen that meets any traveler needs whether it’s a cup of fresh brewed coffee or a dinner for the whole family.

French door fridge with icemaker and built-in filtered water dispenser  
Toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle with coffee  
2 gas stoves with a griddle  
Pots, pans, dishes and silverware  
Cups and wine glasses

The living room features a 55 inch 4k TV that includes Disney+, sound system with subwoofer. Our Tvs are smart tvs so you can access Netflix, Disney + ect. There is no local cable tv set up in the home. High speed internet of up to 500 mb/second covers the entire house.  
  
  
The Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms feature Roku TVs. There is a mini-fridge and a microwave in half of the rooms.  
  
\- 6 queen and 2 full beds  
\- either a table/desk with a chair or a recliner  
  
  
There are 5.5 newly- renovated bathrooms for your convenience.  
The house also includes a spacious backyard with large covered patio table with seating for 6 and a gas grill. There’s a washer / dryer inside the interior of the home located in the half bath.  
  
Parking for 2 cars in our driveway.
