Location is unbeatable with walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and the local dog park. You will love this house for its surrounding beautiful canyons and eucalyptus trees. Get your day started with a coffee on the front porch and enjoy the sunset from the back deck in the evening. Enjoy the king bed overlooking the canyon, and the pull out sofa bed in the living room accommodating 2 more guests. A/C to keep you cool in the Summer and a living room wall heater to keep you warm in the Winter.
