Newly updated 1920s Craftsman Bungalow in San Diego’s charming and vibrant South Park neighborhood. 2 bedroom/1 Bath comfortably sleeps 9\. Located just a short walk or bike ride (Bikes/helmets available rental fee) to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. You can explore the tree-lined streets, historic architecture, or head to nearby attractions like Petco Park, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, and the Convention Center. San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, Softball fields all within a short drive. This home boasts a modern living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Bedroom 1 offers a flat screen tv, full-size bed and full-size futon while bedroom 2 offers a twin-over-full bunk bed. The bathroom includes a beautiful spa type shower, as well as fresh towels and toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen features filtered drinking water, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. Our backyard offers a perfect place to unwind, whether it\`s with morning coffee or sharing an evening glass of wine. It is complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen and great firepit. Home is definitely a smaller, well kept, older home, but it was more than big enough for us as we were out exploring the city during the day. The neighborhood felt safe and within walking distance to lots of places. Backyard was a nice little hangout spot and we lucked out with beautiful weather to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, super responsive!
