So close to everything. Absolutely cute and happy little home to stay in. Very clean. The front porch is a wonderful place to decompress. If you stay here, do keep in mind the parking situation as it can fill up on the street at night. The unit was clean with very comfortable beds, and the AC works great. This unit is in an excellent location, and is only a 10-20 minute drive away from just about anything you’d want to do. Quiet neighborhood that seems safe and friendly. My main complaint about the location is that it’s street parking only, which isn’t disclosed in the description. It wasn’t a big deal, but it can be challenging to find a close spot. You also have to walk through one bedroom to access another, which is also something that wasn’t disclosed. Not a huge deal for us personally, but absolutely could be an irritating issue privacy wise depending on your group. Only major issue was there was some shoddy electric work with noticeably loose junction boxes that pull out of the wall., and exposed wire in the closet. The host was apologetic and assured me that it would be fixed after our stay, but I feel it needs to be mentioned as it was unsafe. That said, overall it’s a nice little house and fit our purposes well. Electric aside, I’d recommend it for a laid back stay with a small family. ##### Evan Jude D.
