The main issues are that the property, furniture and amenities are not well maintained. Some (not all) examples:- There was broken furniture in the pool area and a dangerously wobbly stool at the kitchen counter. - The treadmill didn’t work and one of the pockets of the pool table was taped with duct tape. - The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom shot out black gunk when the jets were turned on. There was something fun for all ages. The kids really enjoyed the pool, movie theater room and arcade games. This property accommodated just about everything guests would need or could think of. There were a few things that could be improved upon, such as: 1) leave the handheld vacuum charger cord available - we couldn’t use the vacuum because the battery was dead 2) bottom of pool had some dirt/waste items 3) pool waterfall and slide wasn’t working 4) guest bathroom right sink wasn’t draining well 5) accordion back door was extremely difficult to open and close despite following instructions Overall, this property was amazing and we had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't have been better- centrally located to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed.We had so much fun just enjoying the property! We spent tons of time in the pool and hot tub, and our family loved the movie room and pool table. The home gym was a great bonus- we appreciated being able to keep up with our workouts even while on vacation. We also made good use of the outdoor grill for a fun BBQ night.Our host was fantastic- friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.
