We were able to work around it but this was a major reason we booked this property. Owner was responsive the first 24 hours but then MIA for a day and a half. Wonderful, warm welcome with Christmas tree and lovely decor set up by owner. Felt like a special welcome. Lots of extra bedding and towels provided for the fold down sofas for children. Some of the bedding seems like it could use an update/better clean (some stained sheets - but nothing too alarming. Other bedding was just fine). Great location to get to zoo and Sea World via short uber ride. Grocery store and pharmacy just a short walk down the street. Neighbourhood is okay, but wouldn't want to walk around it during the night. Small kitchen bits in the condo greatly appreciated (tea, sugar, spices, little bit of coffee, etc). Could definitely hear the downstairs tenants - not very soundproof, but luckily the tenants when we were there were a relatively quiet family.
