My family of five, came to stay at this property for about a week in August.The check-in was a little rough, we never got a code that actually opened the door to the complex. When you put the address into the property, and come to the right place, there is a door with a digital code to put in. They never got that code the whole time we were staying there. We had to go through the side door, that is a bit more inconvenient. But ultimately it was fine. It worked. This area is very hip and active and noisy at night. I prefer a quiet place for our family. This is why they put warnings in the listing about being quiet in the evening. Friday night, around 8:30 p.m., our neighbor started lasting music. It was crazy loud!! We could hear the music throughout the condo. At 9:00 we called our property manager to find out what to do next. They told us to hang tight, that they were going to try to find the other property manager. They were incredibly helpful! They did contact the other property manager and by 10:00 p.m. The music was turned off. It was a super clean, comfortable place to stay. It's incredibly close to the beach.The vetting process to get into this property is pretty intense. I've stayed at probably 40 different properties over the years and all over the United States. This is the most intense procedure I've encountered. They really need to streamline that process.I hope they can fix that in the future.
