Welcome to Mermaid House, our thoughtfully curated Mission Beach home. Our home is located steps from Mission Bay and a few minutes walk to Mission Beach. This house features three stories. The first story is comprised of an outdoor patio, kitchen, dining table and two car garage along with a half bath. The Second story features a patio, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bay on one side (literally 100 steps away) and the great wide Pacific on the other side just a little further but a couple minutes walk. Tons of stores, restaurants and fun places to visit and well located for all the attractions that San Diego has to offer. Can’t say enough about how comfy and clean the place is and you have the whole house to yourself. The rooftop patio is the bomb, (be careful with the sun-it doesn’t get too hot here, so it is easy to get burned-ask my grand daughters :-)). Loved it and had a wonderful time. The tvs weren’t plugged in or set up and silverware was still in wrapper. For beach access it’s great but the neighborhood is a little sketchy at night. It’s 3 levels but each one is very small.
