Summary: Brand new listing! This 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom rare find is central to everything in Pacific Beach! Bring the whole family to this lovely retreat with lots of room for fun. The Space: This home has a spacious living room, large dining area, a work space and a well-stocked kitchen with breakfast nook. Multiple smart TVs throughout the house, laundry, and ceiling fans in the rooms. The fourth "bedroom" is a sunroom, separated from the master by a curtain. Please note that there is a separate guest living in the back house (no interaction necessary!). Guest Access: Check-in is contactless; you will be given a lockbox code 3 days prior to arrival. Our office is down the street and we are available to answer your questions 24/7. The Neighborhood: Come experience fun in the sun in Pacific Beach, San Diego's most popular and exciting area with great food, attractions and surf! Everything in the home was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Host was responsive and friendly. Great location walkable to the beaches and restaurants, and not in a busy area. Great neighborhood feel. Logistics: Lots of parking in driveway, we fit 3 cars. Large living room/dinging room. The two larger bedrooms are nice sized and comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated and have grab bars. One bathroom is off a smaller bedroom with a walk in shower in the bedroom. The twin bunk bed room is only accessible through one of the bedrooms and is 3 steps down. Full-size washer and dryer available. Overall great stay.
