In addition to being close to the bay and beach, it is only 3 blocks from all the action Pacific Beach has to offer. Walk into the living room with nice high vaulted ceilings giving the room a large open feel. The kitchen is spacious and complete with everything you will need for cooking at home. Enjoy your meals at the bar counter top or take it outside to the shared patio area and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. We have also included a gas BBQ for guests to use also located in the patio area. You can jump on the beach cruisers to check out the area or load up the wagon with all your beach items and head to the sand! Take advantage of the outdoor shower when returning to the beach to wash all the sand away. If the weather is just too nice to sit inside, pull up a chair and enjoy the sun in the patio area while someone else gets the BBQ and outdoor fire started. \*\*The owner lives on site \*Please Note that all guests must be 25 years old or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We chose this place because it was 2 blocks from my sister-in-law. The property itself is in a great location and walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and comfortable. We even made a big dinner with the full kitchen and utensils. We plan on staying here again the next time we visit. Highly recommended! ##### Ed D. The unit is very well built and designed. We were very pleased with it. Especially liked all the security and the availability of beach cruiser bikes in the garage. We have been coming to Pacific beach for many years and this accommodation has been by far the best. It’s was just as the pictures showed. It’s extremely clean and well cared for. The unit was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed was so comfortable. We used the bikes everyday. Location was fantastic. Located in a quite, safe neighborhood. Close to my two favorite stores, Sprouts and Trader Joe’s. It’s a short walk to the inner Mission Bay. I would highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay again when we return. Great place! Used the bikes to get around. The apartment had everything we needed! Loved having all the extra towels! Beautiful kitchen! Comfy bed! Lots of storage!
