Incredible location that will make a memorable vacation for you and your guests! Just blocks from the beach (including a designated dog beach), 2 miles to Sea World & 6 miles to SD Zoo! Bungalow is located within walking distance to all shopping and dining in the neighborhood. Grocery store and liquor store right around the corner. The backyard is definitely the highlight of the property. With outdoor seating for 7, there is plenty of space to relax with your guests. New grass turf installed give front and backyard a clean look. Grill and propane in backyard. Dog friendly too, fenced in front and back yards, so your good boy or girl are safe! Home recently refurnishing place with new TVs, beds, and living room furniture. Washer & dryer in unit. Parking in back. Quiet street with little traffic, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to shops, grocery, and liquor store. $100.00 pet fee per dog, 1 dog max. Discuss if you have more than one dog before making reservation. I have many 5 star reviews on another popular STR website, but just recently started a VRBO listing, so please don't let the lack of reviews fool you! Just a 15 min walk to the beach and a 10 min drive to downtown SD. Charles, the host was excellent in the communication. Always quick responses. The house was really cozy and comfortable and we loved the enclosed yard, which was wonderful for the dogs and our toddler. Great location, not too far from the beach and shops. There were 3 bikes too that we could use. Having a private parking spot was a huge plus so we never had to worry about finding a spot on the street if we got back too late.
