Experience breathtaking, panoramic views of the coastline through floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The condo has been thoughtfully updated to create a stylish and comfortable beach getaway. Relax in the living room, which features driftwood-style flooring, a custom rock accent wall with an electric mood fireplace, and a 65" smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen also boasts an unobstructed ocean view, making meal prep a true pleasure. The home includes a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Key Features: • 1 Bedroom with a comfortable King Bed • Queen memory-foam sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig & standard coffee maker • 65" smart TV with Alexa-enabled controls • High-speed Wi-Fi for work or streaming • Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for cooling • Beach Gear: 4 chairs, umbrella, and 2 boogie boards provided Please note: This condo does not have air conditioning. It is equipped with an electric fireplace for heat and ceiling fans for cooling, complemented by the ocean breeze. As our guest, you will have private access to the entire condo. You will also have full access to the Capri by the Sea building amenities using a key fob. These shared amenities include: • A stunning rooftop deck with 360° views, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and lounge seating. • A heated community pool (kept at 80°F) and a relaxing hot tub. • One dedicated parking space in the secure garage. • Coin-operated laundry facilities conveniently located on your floor. We are a professional management team and want to ensure you have a wonderful and private stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are available via phone, text, or app messaging if you need anything during your visit. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. Pacific Beach Capri Look-Out Terraces: Standing, sitting, or leaning on railings is not permitted. These safety rules do not affect any ocean views. • Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal. • Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season. Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum. No arrivals on Independence Day (July 4). Holidays: 5 night minimum. The ocean changes constantly and we never tired of the view. The apartment was well-stocked with kitchenware and staples products needed to get settled in comfortably. Our one and only complaint was the living room sofa that is well-past its prime and was not comfortable to either sit on or stretch out. I hope that the owners or management company can replace this, as but for this we would return to this unit in a heartbeat. The unit is high tech, with Alexa available to control lights. There’s two big screen TV’s that are excellent. The Wi-Fi was easy to log into and worked great. The bedroom is fine, with ample closet space, bedding and a very comfortable mattress. The location is great - literally on the beach. The cement walk that goes past the front of the building is ideal and runs for miles. Excellent for sunrise or sunset (or anytime) walks or runs. We hope to return sometime soon - if the sofa is replaced. ##### David A. The apartment had recently been renovated so it was well appointed and comfortable. Nice to have our own parking spot in such a prime location. Unfortunately, we were there during record setting heat and without air conditioning, it was a little uncomfortable, even with the breeze from the ocean coming thru the slider. Fortunately, that weather pattern is the exception, not the rule. ##### Jonathan K. Beautifully decorated, breathtaking views and perfect location. Kiddos loved boogie boarding and sleeping with the sound of real waves. We will be back! ##### Chelsea W. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Has every amenity you can think of. Check-in was smooth. The condo is ideally located on Pacific beach, a 5 minute walk from the pier, and Konos for breakfast burritos. Very clean, very quiet! Would book again! Only downside, and this is a millennial being picky, the condo is TOO smart. For anyone 40 and under, it’s a breeze to navigate, and quite convenient. However, my parents are in their late 60s. They required full-on tech support to turn on the lights. Plus, NO a/c. Which, let’s be honest, is San Diego, don’t need it. ##### Bobby B. My biggest concerned was that there was no AC however it was a non-issue and it was not needed. The condo was well appointed.The location could not be beat. It was very quiet and the bed was comfy but I ended up sleeping on the sofa for the most part and feel asleep listening to the roaring of the ocean. There was nothing more peaceful than listening to the 24 hour a day white noise machine. It was very enjoyable. ##### Teri h. The ceiling fan turned itself on, then off, then on again in the middle of the night.
