Our newly renovated 4-bed, 2.5-bath single-story retreat is perfectly situated just 10-15 minutes from San Diego’s top attractions – Downtown, Gaslamp, Beaches, Zoo, etc. Step inside to a modern open-concept design that fully connects the gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, and game room. The expansive backyard oasis features a putting green, fire pit, BBQ, games, and covered dining and lounge areas – perfect for family fun and entertaining. This home is used by our family and is meticulously cared for. We recently renovated and modernized the interior of the home and built a backyard specifically for relaxing and entertaining.
