Escape to the ultimate beach vacation at our newly renovated beach house just 2 blocks / 3-minute walk from the sandy shores. Perfectly situated on a quiet street in the coveted North Pacific Beach area, our cozy retreat offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience to all San Diego has to offer. Highlights: Large patio w/sectional and table seating for 6, BBQ, TV in every room, Gated property, beach gear, baby gear, walking distance to: beach, grocery, shops, restaurants and more!

For sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms have queen size beds plus smart TV. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Private outdoor patio with BBQ and seating for 6. 1 off-street parking spot. This spacious condo is perfect for a family of 3-5 (5 with pack and play), two couples or a small group of friends looking for a beach getaway! (For larger groups please consider also renting the front house on the same property. Please reach out for details).

The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip Keurig coffeemaker, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware and everything you`ll need to make any home-cooked meal.

We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, washer and dryer. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests.

PARKING: 1 off street parking spot that you will access from the alley. If you have more than 1 car, it can be parked on surrounding streets.

Best way to get around the neighborhood is walk, rent a bike, drive or use the free service circuit which will drive you anywhere in Pacific beach for free.

Pacific Beach is a true gem. To the south is Mission Beach and Ocean Beach; north is La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the beautiful North County Coastline (Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside). You can bike and walk everywhere in this amazing beach town. Belmont Parks roller coaster and arcades in South Mission Beach is perfect for kids after a lovely beach day. Catching the sunset at Law Street or the PB Boardwalk (3min walk), is a must! Approximately a $20 UBER/LYFT to Downtown/ Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park, Balboa Park and a short walk to La Jolla! Torrey Pines State Park and golf course is 15 minutes away. Sea World, Legoland, The Zoo and The Safari Park are there for your entertainment!

For larger groups, consider reserving both of our beautiful units on this property! Each unit offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving you the perfect setup for up to 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms when you book both. Reach out for further details!

CLEANING FEES:
$250 for 30 DAYS or More
$175 for under 30 DAYS

HOUSE RULES: Please read the following house rules before sending a booking inquiry.

-Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 10am
-Strict Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
-No Pets or service animals
-No smoking or drug use permitted on the property
-No parties/events
-No overnight non-registered guests.
-In general, keep noise to a minimum, even during the day.
-Lost keys fee: $35
-Please respect electricity, heat, water usage at all times and make sure to turn off utilities when the house is empty.

Overall, please respect the property, do not disturb the neighbors and treat our home like it was your own. This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood ~ and we want to keep it that way! :-)

**Please Note: All payments are processed via Stripe, which charges a non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee. In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will be issued minus the 4% processing fee, as this amount is retained by the payment processor and not recoverable
