This newly remodeled home sleeps 4 and blends modern comfort with an unbeatable location. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs for streaming, and an incredible rooftop deck with sweeping views—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Walk to restaurants, breweries, and boutiques, or explore Balboa Park, beaches, and downtown San Diego is just minutes away. The Space: This two-story home offers style, space, and a true San Diego experience. Downstairs features a bunk-bed bedroom and a full size en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower plus a mini-split for heating and cooling. Upstairs is an airy loft/studio-style living space with a king-size bed, clothing storage, a washer/dryer, and a half bathroom. You’ll also find a full-size kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking at home. From this level, step out to the private stairs leading to your rooftop deck with sweeping 360-degree views, comfortable seating, and a propane fire pit for evening gatherings. Centrally located in North Park, you’re not far from beaches, top attractions, downtown, the airport, and some of San Diego’s best dining and shopping. Guest Access: Contactless access. The Neighborhood: Nestled just northeast of downtown San Diego, North Park is a vibrant, artsy neighborhood known for its walkability, eclectic charm, and energetic food & drink scene. With Balboa Park nearby, plenty of outdoor escapes, and a lively community spirit, North Park offers the best of urban culture with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Getting Around: Getting around North Park is easy and convenient. We’re about 7 miles (15–20 minutes) from San Diego International Airport and roughly 6 miles (15 minutes) from the beach. The neighborhood is highly walkable with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries just steps away. Public transit options—including buses and nearby trolley connections—make it simple to reach downtown, Balboa Park, the Zoo, and other attractions without a car. Other Things to Note: Our home is a two-unit property with a charming front unit and a private back unit. While both sit on the same lot, each has its own entrance and no shared spaces, ensuring privacy for every guest. Parking is on the street only, but it’s generally easy to find a spot. Want extra space? Book both units for up to 6 guests total. Sorry, no pets allowed.
