The penthouse is the whole top floor. Relax in the inviting living room, designed to offer a relaxing vibe, or prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen while enjoying the ocean breeze. The large open plan living space flows onto the balcony, where you can soak up the famous Californian sunsets or sip your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in. We are only 7 minutes to the Gas Lamp and Down Town. As well as Shelter Island which is famous for its Marina\`s and live music venues. Coronado with the famous Hotel Del is also close by. Mission Beach is perfect for walking end to end, or ride a bird scooter or a rental bike. Parking can be tough but with patience you can easily find a spot on Mission Blvd. Nestled on the entire 3rd floor of our building, the penthouse offers a serene and private retreat away from the bustling city. The building features 2 other units located on the 1st and 2nd floors, each designed for 2 guests, ensuring your privacy and tranquility during your stay. We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 9AM, so you can enjoy a restful night\`s sleep. While we want you to have an unforgettable time, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests and keep noise levels at a respectful level. In other words, our home is not a party house, and any additional guests not on the reservation must be cleared with the host beforehand. We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful and peaceful stay. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, made it easy to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and quick dips in the ocean throughout the day. Walking distance to Belmont Park, which our teenagers enjoyed. As busy as it was at Mission Beach/Belmont Park during the day, it was quiet at night. The house was spotless and clearly well cared for. Every necessity was provided, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made settling in effortless and relaxing.Communication with the property owner was excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were ants in the kitchen (that time of year), however William quickly brought over ant spray to help remedy the situation.
