With a serene atmosphere and wonderful features including tableware for 4, an induction stove, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven, it offers the perfect getaway for guests. The 400 square foot upstairs unit also includes a spacious living room, large windows that provide a canyon view and breeze, queen bed, desk with chair, and table for dining. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, refreshing shower, and towels. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy the convenience and luxury of heating and AC. The Studio is located above the garage, which is not used for parking and is used primarily for storage. There is a separate entrance to the Studio away from access to the main home. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply unwinding in this peaceful retreat, our property promises a delightful stay.
