Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. \- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. \- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. \- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. Parking Details: Both units come with 2 allocated parking spots. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. We had 2 noise complaints against us and I apologize for that but the very young kids (girls) are very loud in all they do.
