This beachfront condo has incredible views of the beach and ocean. This is a quiet complex and is great for families with children because the beach is literally right in front of the complex. Highlights: 1\. The Condo is right on the Boardwalk 2\. There are full Ocean and Beach views from the Condo 3\. Balcony with full beach & ocean views 4\. The Condo is in a Secured Building 5\. There is a coin-operated Washer & Dryer in the complex 6\. Belmont Park is just two blocks away 7\. The condo is a few blocks from good restaurants and entertainment 8\. It is only a short walk to the bay 9\. Garage parking for one mid-size Car or mid-size SUV Dimensions: Height 6 ft 2" - Width 7 ft -Length 18 ft 3" There is no a/c, but it is not usually needed due to the breeze coming off the ocean. There are plenty of floor fans, and ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms in the unit. Please tell us about your group when you are booking this property. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 10 am The property is a non-smoking and no animals property. The complex is quiet, strictly enforced no loud noises, no partying, or loud music allowed property building. The maximum allowed number of people on the property is six people. You cannot bring other people to hang out on the patio or unit. No barbecuing allowed. The owners of the building live on the property. If any of these policies are violated the traveler will lose their security deposit. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the beach. So make sure you are okay with these house rules before booking. Please check the listing for the description of all the amenities. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Per the owner's request if we receive a complaint from the neighbors of loud noises/partying/smoking of any kind, or you have more people than allowed in your group, or bring animals onto the property, your group will be evicted and will forfeit your rent, cleaning fee, and deposit. So please make sure this is the right type of property for your group. The condo overlooks the beach and boardwalk, with amazing ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen. The balcony is off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. This condo is located on the second floor. (You will climb the stairs to reach the unit). The condo itself has two floors. The master bedroom and master bathroom are on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. PLEASE NOTE: THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS A BUNK BED AND IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THE TIGHT SPACE. This condo is one of two vacation rental units in this complex. The other condo is VRBO listing number #1305969 a 2-bedroom and 2-bath condo, and listing number #1837319 a 3-bedroom and 2-bath condo. Both of these units have full beach and ocean views. So if you have a larger group, you could rent one or more units for larger groups. Please check the calendars for available dates. This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Mission Beach, just a few blocks from Belmont Park. The condo is just a few blocks away from restaurants and shopping. The condo is centrally located near San Diego County's most popular attractions including Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more. Amenities: This secured building includes a private garage parking spot for a mid-size car or mid-Suv. There is a Pack n Play available, a High Chair, Wi-Fi, two Flat Screen Televisions, a coin-operated washer & dryer in the complex on the first floor, 6 Beach Chairs, 2 Boogie Board, Beach Umbrella, 6 Beach Towels, and 2 Hair Dryers. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and Jet packs. Suitability: 1\. No Air Conditioning (ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms, and floor fans) 2\. No Pets or animals allowed 3\. No barbequing allowed 4\. No Smoking allowed on property, balcony, or complex 5\. No Elevator (must climb stairs to reach this unit) 6\. No patio area available for this unit to lounge 7\. No events Please check the Rates and Availability section for open dates and specific rates. There are 4- to 7-night minimums and sometimes shorter stays are available when there are gaps between booking reservations and/or based on the time of the year. During some holidays there are 3-day minimums. During the months of June, July, and August the unit is only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays. Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less prior to arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, tax, and cleaning fee are not paid 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your security deposit and the reservation. We almost rented a car, used Uber a little, but it was so easy to ride all over town on busses and trains. We even did the airport return on public transportation. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the parade of humans and puppies streaming by. The house was clean and offered plenty of room for 4 of us. The property could use updating, living room furniture was not comfortable at all (recliners were the worst) the wifi had 2 different connections, one for the kitchen are and another for the bedroom. 4 adults is max as the bunk beds were for kids would be helpful to advertise that. We lived the beach front! The stairs are very narrow and steep hard to carry personal items up. Garage wasnt availabe but we are supposed to recive a credit, it was very, very inconvenient. ##### Donna A. We had a great time just a couple updates would have made it perfect. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The only problem I had was in checking in. I tried to call the landlord and not only she didn’t answer but her VM was full. Eventually I figured out the problem. Great entry instructions, off street parking. Its right on the water and walking distance to the boardwalk. There where boogie boards, chairs and a pack n play for my grandson. The location is perfect, with numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a very close proximity. As to the condo, we were a little taken back by the size of the place. The bedrooms, particularly the bedroom with the bunk beds, was extremely small (8’x8’ maybe 8’x10’) and the bunks took up near 2/3 of the room. The upper bed was nearly impossible for our average sized 16 year old daughter to sleep in. She ended up sleeping on the couch. Bathrooms were also very small. Simply put, the photos made the condo seem much bigger than it actually is. The property owner/manager was on site doing some maintenance and was extremely friendly and kind. He was very helpful and spoke with my wife and kiddos. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to meet him.Long review out short, nice place but was a little crowded for our family. Although, for a group of 3-4 it would probably be great.Thank you again for a great trip! ##### Dustin C.
