With floor-to-ceiling windows, glass railings, and unobstructed Pacific views, this home delivers a true front-row seat to San Diego’s coastline. Completed in 2020, the designer-led remodel features a modern coastal aesthetic with quartz waterfall countertops, stainless steel appliances, driftwood-style flooring, mirrored accents, ceiling beams, and a rock wall with an electric mood fireplace. The open living space includes a 65” Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a desk that converts into a queen Murphy bed with ocean views. A high-end queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. The bedroom offers a luxury king mattress, 55” Smart TV, and ceiling fan for comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes seating for five and stunning ocean views—perfect for dining in while watching the waves. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Capri by the Sea Amenities • Heated pool & hot tub (located on the ground level behind the building) • Rooftop deck with 360° views, BBQ grills, lounge seating & picnic tables • 1 assigned covered parking space in gated garage • Secure building with elevator & key-fob access • Coin-operated laundry on the floor Located directly on the ocean in the heart of Pacific Beach, you’re just steps to the sand and within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and shops—perfect for enjoying the best of coastal San Diego. Good to Know • No A/C (ceiling fans and heaters provided) • Non-smoking, no pets • Quiet, residential building with enforced noise hours after 9 PM • Rental agreement and ID verification required after booking Guests have access to rooftop deck with multiple gas BBQs, seating and lounge chairs. There is a communal pool and hot tub located next door that can be accessed by the key fob. Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours! Pacific Beach • Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed. • Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season. Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day) Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day. • Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m. • Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group. • Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included. • Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent for your convenience. Please inquire for details. We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you\`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! The view is spectacular, the location is fantastic - right on the boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The detail provided on everything was perfect - check in, Wifi, expectations - you name it. Response from the property company was almost immediate on the one small question/concern we had. Also, honestly one of the best "stocked" Vrbo properties we've ever stayed in. So I gave it the name, Our Beach Condo! My family and I found a place that we all love so much. What a GORGEOUS condo with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Beachfront location cannot be beat. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. Convenient path made for easy beach access. Beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were laying on clouds after full days of sightseeing and sunbathing. Never expected a Murphy bed to be so soft and cozy!Kitchen was fully stocked, and open layout was perfect for our family. Heated pool and relaxing hot tub right around the corner open til 10pm! Great way to end the night. We could walk or bike to a ton of shops and restaurants. Loved this beach town. Couldn't have been happier with our stay in Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach! ##### Gin R. It is so close to everything in San Diego but we found it hard to leave due to the views. There are so many tasty restaurants and coffee shops near by. We had a 5 night stay and this property did not disappoint! The views were amazing and the perfect distance from downtown SD and La Jolla. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including beach gear. This is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've had in a VRBO to date.
