And the location is within walking distance of two beaches which was perfect for us. The owners were very responsive. Be sure to follow the owners instructions to get to the property. The roads are like alleys…very small and tight and hard to find at night. But their directions work better than GPS. The layout worked great for us -- baby in the ground floor bedroom, my wife and I on the second floor, kids on the top floor. It does mean a bunch of stairs though so keep that in mind if anyone in your group might have a challenge with that.Only word of caution is that the garage it small. My F150 wouldn't fully fit, even angled as sharply as possible. Just something to be aware of as parking in that area is extremely challenging. ##### James C.
