Len and Mary's Ocean View condo has been a beloved family holiday home for generations and the family would like to share it with you. Many great memories have been made here and we invite you to come and make your own special memories! The Pacific Ocean is the main attraction for this cozy condo. This beautiful unit has tons of light with stunning ocean views from two separate balconies, the living room, dining room and two bedrooms. Relax and take in the sea breezes, sounds of the waves and spectacular sunsets. This amazing condo is a top floor corner unit in the coveted Seashore Condominium Complex, which sits just north of Crystal Pier and right across from the Pacific Ocean. Step out the door of the building and you are walking on the boardwalk and seconds later your feet will be in the sand. The living room is bright and airy with comfortable seating, a large screen TV with Roku, and free WiFi. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and the guest room has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have newly refinished ensuite tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need during your beach getaway. You will find a community laundry room just steps away from the front door of the unit. Downstairs on the main floor there is a community pool with an elevated BBQ area overlooking the ocean. One secure underground parking space is available to guests, please note that the garage entrance has a 6' height limit. Experience the many great dining and shopping opportunities within walking distance of the condo. Or hop in your car to discover the extraordinary sights and sounds of San Diego. This unit has a 4 person maximum occupancy. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. The view is absolutely spectacular, with two spacious balconies where we enjoyed countless mornings and evenings. Being an end unit, it was exceptionally quiet and peaceful, yet right in the heart of Pacific Beach — perfectly located near great restaurants, shops, and the beach walk. The park right in front of the building was a wonderful bonus.The condo itself had everything we needed and more. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with thoughtful amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable, making our long stay feel just like home. It was also a fantastic place to work remotely — the views were inspiring, and the unit had excellent equipment like computers and keyboards that made it easy to stay productive.The hosts were beyond wonderful. They were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Their hospitality made all the difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.We loved our time here so much that we’ve already booked to return next year for a longer stay.
