The correct location was 4 more city blocks away from the conference center, which was slightly annoying but not the end of the world. I looked under the oven & found plenty of hookah setups and all supplies needed! No complaints, neighbors were no issue , we even grilled at the pool! Only downsides would be Parking, you have to pay for a meter or park at grocery outlet (luckily you can see your car from there ;) ! ) & the wifi would go in/out, and the movie room is not quite ready and open yet.
