Some helpful details: You cannot drive up Kennebeck, the house is the second one in from Mission so easy walk. Garage entrance in alley to the south. Hot water is good but: Kitchen sink: pull handle down/ towards you and \*wait\*. Master shower: lift handle all the way up and \*wait\*. You will get hot water. I spent my 49th birthday there at 729 Kennebeck Ct with my husband, our 19 year old daughter and her boyfriend of the same age. It was the perfect set up for us. Plenty of private space between the bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. I go to bed early and they would stay up and watch movies in the living room and I heard nothing! Extra blankets to be cozy on the couch. Air conditioning thank God! (We're from Phoenix and do not do summer anywhere without ac.) Great fire pit. Everything you might need in the kitchen to cook and the garage was a huge plus!! We had no problem getting out Volkswagen Atlas SUV without any issues. Great location! Parking in the garage was a bit of a challenge because of the narrow reverse parking from the alley, but I had already known that from reading other reviews.
