Great Location With Comfort And Fun Included!

Beautiful and private single family house with a gameroom from a converted garage in Mission Heights. Right up the hill from Fashion Valley Mall and Highway 163, this house is in a central location perfect to all tourist, business, and convention center activities without the struggle of parking issues downtown or on the beach. 5 miles to closest beach, 7 miles to airport, and 6 miles to sea world, zoo and the convention center. Even if it you are here on our seldom rainy days you will still be enjoying yourself! The home is furnished with five large screen tvs, playing cards/games, an 8ft pool table, hot tub an 8 x 12 over ground pool and a tabletop firepit. All the comfort away from home, plenty of towels and bedding, toiletries and coffee and tea along with spices to minimize your shopping needs. This is my 3rd VRBO. Please see my other listing link at the bottom of the page to see my other reviews and properties. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please.....no parties here but i may be able to help you at my other house so contact me and we can discuss.

High School Graduation Trip
My huband and I loved this property! We rented it for about a week. It's perfectly located- just a few minutes from the zoo, the beach, Sea World... everything! We loved soaking in the hot tub after walking around all day. There were TVs in every room, which everyone loved and the game room with the pool table was a huge hit. There is a swimming pool in the backyard, but sadly no one wanted to use it. There were plenty of couches for teens to sleep on in the living room and game room; the 3 bedrooms had queen beds. We all had a great stay.

Great for Families
Great location, stayed for 3 nights for my grandsons MCRD graduation. Nice and spacious, enough separate spaces for the kids and family to strech out after family day and graduation. Our Marine had the space he needed for him to have some alone time which was needed for him. Nice kitchen and it had everything we needed. Towels for the pool and hot tub were awesome!! Owner was very accommodating.

Good Times
We had a blast! The property was perfect for use. A few people out of our party were’t able to make it last minute so the 3 of us had the entire house to ourselves. I left some items behind but the owner made it extremely easy for me to pick them up a few days later. The only downside for us was the house was a little further away from the beach that we expected but it all worked out nonetheless. Will definitely be returning !

We had a great stay! Lael was quick to respond to needed items and support. Decent neighborhood, plenty of supplies (kitchenware, linens, etc.). Super awesome that we didn't have to pay extra to hear the hot tub! Guys enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Plenty of space and fun there!

What a great house!
This rental was amazing! The location was 13 minutes to mission bay, downtown, and Mira Mesa! We were a total of 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty of space. Grocery stores are just down the road. There was plenty of lawn games and indoor game rooms. Tons of kitchen wear and towels. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family. It was comfy, had so many fun things - pool table, ping pong, hot tub. Very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very easy access to everything in San Diego from the house. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Top notch management
This is the third property of Lael's that we have stayed at. She is always available to immediately fix any little thing that might not be perfect. We had a couple of small problems, and she was quick to come over and take care of them. The property was exactly as described ant she always stocks more towels and wash cloths than you could ever use. We really enjoyed the pool table. The back yard is really nice, with an above ground swimming pool and a hot tub, but we were too busy with work to have time to enjoy them. We will definitely plan on using one of Lael's properties the next time we are in San Diego.

Best rental you will find!!!
I rented this place because it was close to everything in San Diego that we wanted to explore on our vacation. When I arrived at the home my family was absolutely blown away. The home had everything that we needed, condiments, shampoo, soap, towels, beach ,chairs I mean any and EVERYTHING you could need was there. The hot tub, pool, grill, Cornhole, pool table and board games made our time inside of the house so enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt extremely safe, there are tons of stores nearby and even a mall just across down the street. There are comfortable beds and huge TV's in each room of the house. There are couches in the living area and in the game room so this house had enough room for at least 10 people to sleep comfortably. When I return to San Diego I will stay here again no doubt. Lastly the host was very attentive and friendly. She responded promptly when I had any questions and she made the check in process seamless. If you don't stay here you are missing out BIG TIME.

We had a great time. The quality of the property fit my family well. The neighborhood was quiet and was close to many of the site seeing opportunities. Some misses: We encountered a skunk in the backyard on a few of the nights. Parts of the neighborhood were a little rough, but we had no issues.

This property is great for families - comfortable, well-equipped, with a great central San Diego location. We were attending a national conference at the Town & Country Hotel. It was an easy 5 minute drive. During free time, we drove to the beach at Mission Bay, drove to Coronado Island for dinner (Peohe’s was SUPERB!), and rode the trolley/train. We would definitely book this property again.
