Step inside to discover a world of ornate European elegance, featuring exquisite decor, grand columns, and beautifully crafted statues that create a sophisticated ambiance. The lavish interiors are complemented by stunning tile and marble finishes, making every corner of this home a visual delight.  
  
The Space:  
  
This stunning 6-bedroom mansion, nestled on the picturesque shores of Sail Bay in San Diego's Mission Beach, offers an unparalleled blend of luxury and comfort. With extraordinary water views from the expansive upstairs balcony, you can soak in the beauty of the bay while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Not only do you get 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, you get 2 living rooms, a sitting room, 2 full kitchens and 2 formal dining rooms! Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of not one, but two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing gourmet meals or hosting family gatherings.   
  
There are 8 TVs (one in each bedroom and 2 in the common areas). On the ground floor, you enter into a large open sitting room. Head towards the water and you will find a wall of sliding glass doors that invites the bay breeze in. The patio on this level is enormous and you can leave it and be in the water in 15 seconds! The outdoor patio boasts a full BBQ area, ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining against the backdrop of breathtaking sunsets over the water.  
  
Head back in and there is a primary suite off the lower level kitchen. Towards the back of the home there is a full bathroom and another 2 large bedrooms.  
  
Upstairs, find the second sitting room and a 2nd floor kitchen. The balcony and view from this level are nothing short of spectacular; it feels like it was set up especially for you in your private Bayfront retreat. This level has 3 more large bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. The formal "primary" bedroom on this level is enormous with a generous sitting area and a jetted tub and shower.

All spaces are private and just for your group. The garage and master bedroom closet are locked for the owner's possessions.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
Sail Bay is the northern part of Mission Bay that right next to the Catamaran (you can even head to the Cat for a drink on the sand (it is a 2 min walk away). The owner lives next door, so will be available if any issues arise.  
  
Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach".  
  
Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away).  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Looking for a way to get around Mission/ Pacific Beach during your stay? We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Whether you need it for the day, the weekend, or the week, they've got you covered. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. There is also space to park 3 cars in the driveway.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.  
  
Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

#### Beauty on the Bay

This is an amazing property located directly on Mission Bay beach front. Both the upstairs and first floor patios are very large and open, constant sunshine. Big kitchens make it easy to cook for large family. Bedrooms were large and easy access to bathrooms galore. The local area includes restaurants and activity rental locations. If you are into walking or bike riding the trail is right outside your door. Highly recommend.

This property is the absolute best, very spacious, great amenities, super clean and the views are breathtaking. I would highly return without hesitation. Whenever I had a question, the just, always responded quickly. The home is close to a variety of businesses and entertainment venues, I would highly recommend this property.

I hadn’t been to San Diego in a very long time and wasn’t familiar with the area, but it couldn’t have been a better location! We loved the proximity to the Bay! It was so easy to watch the kids in the sand, and just a short walk to the beach and the waves. Would definitely rent again!

Our family of 12, ranging from mid-70s to a 3-year-old, had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, with access to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. #### Great Location, beautiful views

Family of 2 seniors, 5 adults, 2 kids and a toddler. We bought a baby gate for the stairs and then the space was perfect. We had fun putting scarves on the statues and giving them new fashion each day. The kids loved playing in the water and beach. The house is literally ON the beach with a beautiful promenade in front. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony. Gorgeous! It had enough bedrooms for our needs, which was hard to find. Communication was perfect with the host team. They mailed us all the items that we forgot, THANK YOU! The only downside was the lack of a few kitchen items, which we bought. Cutting board, kitchen towels (which we later found clean in a laundry basket), cheese grater, etc. We like to cook so these things were necessary. Also the grill downstairs needs new burners, but we made it work. Overall, we rate this house 5-STAR!

Perfect location, great for family with kids. All the beach equipment was there. Host was responsive whenever we needed something. Fireworks every night from sea world during the month of July. I couldn’t decide if I liked the palms in front since it did obstruct the view but it made for privacy. I would recommend this house.

Everything about our stay was five star and management was great. Well appointed home with comfortable beds and great location for fun with friends and family. We look forward to coming back again.

11 of us got together from several locations - St. Louis to Oakland, North Carolina to Sacramento and 3 months to 86 years. Very enjoyable. Cooked big family meals nightly, enjoyed the direct access to mission bay beach, long walks, spending days in the surf on the short walk to Pacific Beach.

First time in the bay side after 10 years on the boardwalk. Spectacular home. Beyond spacious with a fully stocked kitchen huge gathering areas and every appointment you could need. Far superior to any property we have stayed at previously

#### Great place to stay for a group

A bunch of us travelled down for a long weekend to explore San Diego. As adults, we really wanted to have our own rooms and a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings. This house fit the bill perfectly. It is a great location on the water provided wonderful views. Conveniently located with a short walk to Mission Beach and a short drive to downtown and most south county locations. The kitchen(s) is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc.. The beds were comfortable and there were many bathrooms. We had a small issue at checkin but it was very quickly resolved by the property manager and owner. We will definitely look at this property again for our next trip. Thanks!

#### Easy Times at the Bay

The location of the house is terrific if you enjoy the quieter Bayside, just as easy to get around as all the other mission beach properties- this one is a dream. Big families or groups will appreciate the space; large kitchens; and outdoor patio spaces… bayside was the best side for us…

#### Fabulous Family Reunion!

Perfect location, beautiful views, with lots of common space for our extended family (six couples) to visit and share meals. While there were a number of technical issues, response was quick and repairs made promptly. Only the intermittent hot water in the showers was not solvable, as it probably needs a longterm fix. Still we had a fabulous reunion at this beautiful home.

#### 12 family members together for birthday

Great location on north end of Mission Bay with quiet water and beach right out the door. A beautiful house with very comfortable beds. We had plenty of space for 12 family members. 2 very complete kitchens and large outdoor kitchen with counter and stools. Water toys for grown-ups and kids. Some extra supervision needed for toddlers (we had 2) due to stairs inside, several entrances, busy beach walk and beach very nearby.
