The beds were SO COMFY too. We came for the Marine Corps bootcamp graduation. Upon arrival we noticed the house was clean, well kept, and had every little amenity we could ever need from small room fans and room air conditioners (if needed), to an iron and spray, to a doggy poop scoop! The home was furnished with plenty of clean seating options (indoor and outdoor) and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of space, towels, and was very well kept.
