Come stay in the serene neighborhood of Southcrest. Located just outside downtown San Diego, this modern stay is conveniently located, making it perfect for a quiet, accessible space. This one bedroom property Includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, TV (with Chromecast), high speed WiFi and a comfy Queen sized bed. We are just minutes away if anything is needed, but will give you all the space you deserve! The location of this Airbnb is super convenient as it is right next to a large shopping center, pharmacy, laundromat, and many places to eat! Our guests love walking to the store for any quick needs and grabbing food at the local shops! You'll have the entire place to yourselves! The entire unit is newly renovated with new appliances, countertops, cabinets, and flooring. The furnishings provide a very modern and clean feel while still providing maximum comfort. The living room chairs recline and include cupholders in the center. The tile in the shower is newly renovated as well with sliding glass doors and large showerhead. There is an air conditioning/heating unit in the living room that is remote controlled. The space includes all the amenities you could need. The property advertised online was drastically different from what I encountered in person, leading to significant disappointment. Firstly, the pictures showcased a spacious, clean, and modern apartment. However, upon arrival, it was evident that the photos were either outdated or heavily edited. The apartment was much smaller and felt cramped, with furniture that appeared old and worn out. The cleanliness was another major issue; there were stains on the carpets, dust on the surfaces, and an unpleasant odor throughout the unit. The “fully equipped kitchen” lacked basic utensils and appliances. Moreover, the location was misrepresented. The listing described it as a “quiet and convenient” neighborhood, but it was quite the opposite. The noise from nearby construction and traffic was constant, making it hard to relax or sleep. Also, the property was further from key attractions and public transport than indicated. I would recommend the listing hosts to post pictures of the exterior and be more transparent with their listing descriptions. For what we paid the experience was underwhelming and did not deliver on what was promised. ##### Franco R.
