The sunsets are breathtaking, and even more enjoyable in front of the newly-built, gas fire pit. The brand-new pavers and string lights throughout the backyard set up a romantic atmosphere and make you feel like you are in a quaint, Tuscan villa. After a day of exploring, come home and enjoy the spa. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the first floor where an air mattress will also be provided. There is plenty of original art throughout the house. The kitchen is a chef's delight: high-end appliances and plenty of cookware are available for your cooking needs. A spacious family room opens to the formal dining room and is perfect for entertaining large groups. \*\*\*Since the property is brand new, we only have a few reviews! Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine. Pet Policy: Sorry, but no pets are allowed. The back deck was absolutely beautiful and had gorgeous sunset views. Hot tub was clean and placed perfect for the views as well. Everything was classy, clean, equipped kitchen and plenty of space. I had a few questions and the owner responded quickly each time.
