This is our recently built first floor studio. It is a new building behind our house. Along with a full kitchen, you will have a washer and dryer. We are in the heart of San Diego, in University Heights. Within walking distance you can find many great restaurants or bars. Since we are located in between North Park and Hillcrest, there are many other great options in close proximity. We are 10 mins from downtown and close to all the major highways. Our space is perfect for remote work or for professionals that are going to the convention center but would like to be outside of the downtown bubble. This would also be great for couples looking to explore what the city of San Diego has to offer without being stuck in a beach town. We offer a parking space as well. I live on the property in an apartment above the studio so any thing that comes up with can be dealt with quickly. They were always so kind to me and very flexible. The space itself is very nice and has all the amenities you’d need for a short or long term stay.
