The property was clean and quiet. Had everything they needed, including a nice pool. Made arrangements for cleaning and excess utility usage during the extended stay. Three bedrooms, nice porch and stocked kitchen. Be aware that there is no air conditioning, normally not an issue in San Diego with mild temperatures.
