Centrally located, close to San Diego’s most popular destinations, and minutes to the beaches in Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla. ⭐ Gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, wine fridge, and Keurig coffee machine. French door fridge with water filter and ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals like a pro! ⭐ 55” Smart TV in the living room with streaming services. ⭐ Bathroom features a Walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and large mirror. Hairdryer and essential toiletries provided for your convenience. ⭐ 2 bright bedrooms (one King and one Queen bed) with memory foam mattresses, fresh linens, and ample closet space. Each bedroom has canyon views. Nightstands feature charging stations. Sleeper sofa (fold down) or inflatable mattress made available upon request. ⭐ Dedicated workstation includes a comfortable desk and plenty of light and outlet space. The home and backyards are completely separate (including front door entry and garage). \-There is one mini-split (A/C + heating unit) located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have an A/C unit but have adjustable ceiling fans. We are in a coastal area so it rarely get's too hot. \-The home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for infants/toddlers (under the age of 3). \-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LATE-NIGHT GATHERINGS.
