OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: \-The home is part of a beautiful duplex and has a common front yard with the next door unit. We, the hosts, live in the other unit. The units are completely separate, and you’ll enjoy private access to your own space, including the front door entrance, garage, and fenced backyard exclusive to the unit. While we are on-site, we respect your privacy and are available if you need anything during your stay. \-You have 1 designated garage spot for parking. The garage fits Small and Mid-size cars/ SUVs. Large SUVs and trucks will not fit in the garage and will need to park on the driveway or free street parking available in front of the home. \-There is a split system (A/C + heat) in the living room which serves the unit. The bedrooms do not have an A/C unit but have adjustable ceiling fans and a portable fan is provided. Extra blankets are provided as well. \-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LATE-NIGHT GATHERINGS. We are in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood and hope to preserve the peacefulness of the area and be respectful to our neighbors. Those looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long.
