AC, Parking, Spacious! Newly built in 2022, this spacious 2 level home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-concept living area with 300° ocean views, located in Ocean Beach. Welcome to our coastal oasis in the charming neighborhood of Ocean Beach, San Diego! Our beautifully designed property is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience the laid-back, beachy vibe of this vibrant community. Stay comfortable year-round in this home, which features two mini-split units on the ground level for efficient heating and cooling. Each King bedroom is equipped with its own private AC/Heater, allowing every guest to set their perfect temperature and enjoy a personalized climate during their stay. Our property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to capture the essence of coastal living. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and plenty of storage, guaranteeing a great night's rest. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ocean Beach. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal and enjoy it al fresco on the large balcony. The real highlight of our property is its prime location in the heart of Ocean Beach. You'll be just steps away from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. The famous Ocean Beach Pier is just a short walk away, as well as the quaint main street, where you'll find plenty of unique shops, delicious restaurants and bars. Our property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while you're on vacation. Primary Bedroom – King bed (sleeps 2) with private ensuite - AC/Heater Bedroom 2 – King bed (sleeps 2) - AC/Heater Bedroom 3 – King bed (sleeps 2) - AC/Heater Bedroom 4 – King bed (sleeps 2) - AC/Heater Bedroom 5 – Two bunk beds (sleeps 4) Living Room - Two queen sized pull out sofas The layout: MAIN FLOOR - From main entrance you will find the living space with two large pull out couches, large tv and some spectacular views of San Diego. Behind the living space is a large dining area/table (sits 12 comfortably), there are two stairs from the living space to the dining area(WATCH YOUR STEP). Continuing through the dining area you will enter the large kitchen with everything you need. There is also a door in the kitchen that you can enter from the back of the house. Also, off the dining area is two bedrooms (bunk room with two bunks and king bed in the other bedroom), a large bathroom (shower/tub/spa), stairs to the second floor and washer/dryer. SECOND FLOOR - Three large bedrooms, balcony, two bathrooms. There are two rooms with king size beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway. One of the bedrooms on the north-west side of the home has a door to the balcony. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, electric fireplace, large tv, king size bed, large couch, entrance to balcony, and amazing 300 degree views of San Diego. Maximum garage clearance is 74" height. PLEASE NOTE: The a/c is only on the main level of the home and is controlled through multiple mini-splits. There are no mini-splits on the second level of the home. RULES GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors. SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed: • Do not take glass of any kind to the beach • No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall • No smoking/vaping on the beach PROPERTY RULES: 1\. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. 2\. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. 3\. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 4\. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. 5\. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. 6\. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. 7\. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: 1\. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control. 2\. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). 3\. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) 4\. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5\.
