Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom maximize the scenery. The modern, spacious condo features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile/Pergo-style flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home, with stunning ocean views. Ideal for families or friends, the condo sleeps up to 8 guests: \* Master bedroom: king bed \* Second bedroom: two queen beds \* Living room: queen sleeper sofa All rooms include flat-screen TVs, digital HD cable, Roku, DVD players, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Coin-operated laundry is conveniently located down the hall. For extended groups, we have multiple units in this building (1BR and 2BR) that can be booked together on the 9th and 10th floors. Guests have access to rooftop deck with multiple gas BBQs, seating and lounge chairs. There is a communal pool and hot tub located next door that can be accessed by the key fob. Walking into the unit for the first time is pretty breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the ocean. You really can't ask for much more. The unit was clean and safe! The only bit of warning is that the underground parking has a clearance of 6'6"....we rented a Grand Wagoneer that was 6'5.9" tall, so it was scary to park. ;)The beach supplies were great and put to use. It lived up to our expectations and more! The views from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking. The building is literally steps from the beach. We stayed on the 9 Floor and it was spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware for homemade meals. We were pleased the Keurig had the brew/drip coffee option as we are not fans of pod made instant coffee. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and the beach umbrella was a nice touch for sunny days. Our daughter arrived a couple of days after us and it was convenient that she could get a parking spot in the parking lot east of the building. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of commission during her stay but we prefer the beach anyway! Excellent restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We did venture away from the beach for our anniversary and it was a quick 25 min drive to Gaslamp Quarter. We are already planning our 2024 trip to Capri, this time with all our kids and grand babies. ##### Annette S. They got the big things right: clean, safe, spacious, well furnished. They got all the small things right: beach supplies, comfortable bedding, extra towels. The highlight by far was the view! It is literally right off the beach overlooking the ocean with a sweet view and close to every activity we had planned. Equipped with beach toys for kids and adults. Loved that we could use the grill on the roof. Nice and quiet (other than that wonderful sound of waves crashing onto the beach). The condo was up to date with furniture in excellent condition and granite counter tops in kitchen. The location was great. It is in walking distance to the beach, stores, and resturants. The grills were on the roof top and the facility cleaned the grills every day. We really enjoyed roof top dinners at the picnic table during sunset. The pool area was kept clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. The chairs in the pool area were falling apart and needs to be updated. It is rated for 8 people but there were only 5 beach towels. The tub in the main bathroom does not drain properly and will build up with water after every shower. The dish washer does not rinse properly and leaves and soap residue so we hand washed dishes. Overall great experience. We would definitely come back again. ##### Lorraine L. This year's trip back to the beach was fantastic, in large part to the great accommodations, the nicest that we've had at the Capri. We especially appreciated how well the unit was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, tent, umbrella, and boogie boards. We will be back again! ##### Steve N.
