Liquor store, a couple restaurants/ bars and coffee shop in walking distance. Unit itself is literally stacked floor on top of floor. Room and bathroom on bottom floor, kitchen, living, bathroom and room w/ loft on second floor and loft with bed and couch on 3rd floor. Only the 2 rooms have doors for privacy. The unit is connected to 2 other units very tight but quite and no issues with loudness. Over all accommodated us for the week we were there but as a family of 7 with 2 parents and 5 teen/young adult children we needed just a little more space. Garage was a plus. House did include beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, plenty of bedding extras, bath towels and a full fridge and plenty of kitchen necessities. Very tight parking in back with signs about “sensitive neighbor” who doesn’t like short term rentals in the area. 3rd bedroom is a loft with no door. Furnishings and finish are very basic. Very soft mattress with little back support .Walking distance to restaurants and drug store . ##### Greg C.
