### Beach Home with Family Friendly Amenities, Jacuzzi, and Ocean Views

If you're looking for an ideal family vacation home with ocean views, look no further! This newly built beach home caters to families. It features all new appliances, modern amenities, and parking for 3 cars including an EV charger plugin. Private jacuzzi in the backyard.   
This home is a total gem because it has ocean views from the front deck and the balcony. On many evenings you can watch dazzling fireworks from Sea World light up the sky.  
  
Janet & Scott are your hosts. We are a husband and wife team and we live nearby. We own and operate Mission Beach Villas, a highly rated vacation rental management business in San Diego.   
  
We are available 7 am to 10 pm to answer questions during your stay and we live just a few doors away.   
  
We have our own family and know the stresses of traveling with kids. It is our greatest hope that your family enjoys the vacation of your dreams. May you find fun and relaxation. May you sleep as peacefully and comfortably in our beds as you do in your own. May you wake up each morning looking forward to a fun-filled and friendly day and the next adventure. It’s important to our family that your family receives all the comforts of home and the luxuries of vacationing while you travel with us.  
  
Before your stay, we are happy to suggest our favorite restaurants, and tourist attractions and will help you get acquainted with the area. Just let us know what questions you have about the area.   
  
We love this house because the front deck and balcony face South so you have full sun year round without the neighboring homes causing shade. (You'll love it, especially during the winter months because its totally comfortable to sit outside on the patio during the daytime and soak in the sun.)  
  
This beach house is located in the best part of Mission Beach, away from the crowds. It's exactly 1 mile North of the busy area of the Belmont Park roller coaster and 1 mile South of the Pacific Beach Crystal Pier. This home is in the least crowded beach area in all of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach because there are no public parking lots nearby. What's more, the surfing is amazing on the beach directly in front of this property.   
  
Walk just 40 steps and you'll encounter pristine white beaches on a relaxing sail bay....OR in the other direction, walk 45 steps and you're at the beach with great surfing and boogie boarding. Both sides have a nice boardwalk for bicycle riding (2 beach cruisers included), walking, jogging or rollerblading.   
  
Located on the peninsula of Mission Beach in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, within walking distance to the beaches and nightlife of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. It is a great neighborhood for active adults and for children with access to parks, beaches and boardwalks. Mission Bay is a salt-water bay located south of Pacific Beach and is the largest man-made aquatic park in the United States. Popular activities include wakeboarding, sailing, jet skiing, as well as 11 miles of flat boardwalk for walking, jogging and cycling along the pedestrian path.   
  
One of the best features of staying here is the jogging path that goes around Mission Bay or along the ocean front. Everyday there are people walking, riding bikes and jogging along the picturesque paths and sidewalks.   
  
We offer keyless digital entry and you will have private access to the home. There are no keys to lose, just a simple 4 digit passcode to remember.

#### A true gem

This beach home exceeded all our expectations. Its close proximity to the beach was perfect—near enough for easy access but away from the busy boardwalk, providing plenty of privacy. We loved spending time on the spacious patio, enjoying our morning coffee and all our meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the A/C units in every room were a great bonus. The three parking spots are a rare find in this area, and each bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped for meal preparation. The only minor suggestion we have is to add an extra cutting board. The Keurig with k-cups and sugar packets, as well as filtered water and ice, were much appreciated touches. We all felt incredibly comfortable in this home. Janet and Scott have clearly put a lot of thought into every detail. We can’t wait to return for another stay!
