Access requires climbing a set of steep stairs. \- Please note that this home does not have an AC. \- This home has a wall heater. ​​​​​​​- This home does not have a washer & dryer. \- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours. \- Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. \- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. We had a large group and the upstairs unit was our main gathering spot since the kitchen was updated and there was the most seating. Property has very steep stairs to get to the upstairs unit - dangerous even. Don't know why they don't allow pets - the downstairs units are perfect for them. It has potential, however, it was filthy when we arrived. Dirty walls, kitchen, filthy carpet and furniture. The upstairs unit was unbelievably hot (and it was cool in SD) no ceiling fans in those rooms. They did send a cleaning crew to clean the unit…but it did inconvenience us and ruin the first two nights of our 4 night stay ##### Katrina S.
